Weld County saw an increase in prices with the average single family home up 1.6% from June to $559,499. The median closed price was also high at $500,000, an increase of 11.1% when compared to this time last year.

Inventory increased and pending sales dropped month-over-month signaling that mortgage rate increases and recent economic news are likely having an impact.

Days on market decreased to 13 days, a decrease of 7.1% when compared to last month.
